Fall 2025-Spring 2026 Housing Application Waitlist:
Georgia State University is accepting waitlist applications for on-campus housing for the Fall 2025 semester. The waitlist includes all students, including newly admitted first-year students for Fall 2025.
Due to limited availability, placement on the waitlist does not guarantee a housing assignment. Applications will be considered in the order received. All eligible students are strongly encouraged to submit their application promptly to maximize consideration.
Fall 2025-Spring 2026 Parking Application: The Fall 2025 Parking Application will open on June 26, 2025, for students with a Fall 2025 Room Assignment.
University Commons and Piedmont North Parking Deck are Currently Full. Residents of Piedmont Central, University Commons and Piedmont North are eligible to apply for the parking waitlist the $100 pre-payment. All applications will be redirected to the confirmaton page upon submission and placed the waiting list. Due to limited availability, placement on the waitlist does not guarantee a parking assignment. Parking assignments will be approved in the order the application are received.
Perimeter College Students Perimeter College students are not eligible for housing on the Downtown Atlanta campus. If you have already applied for housing, please contact us at housing@gsu.edu to begin the process of receiving a refund of your room reservation fee.
