First-Year Students, New Housing Applicants, and Returning Students (Non-Current Residents): Due to high demand for on-campus housing, a waitlist is currently in effect for all Fall 2026–Spring 2027 applicants.

Fall 2026–Spring Parking Application Opens June 26: To be eligible to apply, you must have an active room assignment for Fall 2026 at the time of application. Please note that parking availability is limited. Parking assignments will be approved in the order applications are received.

Perimeter College Students Perimeter College students are not eligible for housing on the Downtown Atlanta campus. If you have already applied for housing, please contact us at housing@gsu.edu to begin the process of receiving a refund of your room reservation fee.
